Arranged in three groups: I. Librettos (2). II. Promptbooks (3). III. Dialogue parts (3). Materials are mainly in German, although one libretto, published in New York in 1846, is in English. The other libretto, a German adaptation by Karl A. Lichtenstein, is also published. All other materials are in German manuscript. The opera was first performed in October 1838.
